Our Focus Group is designed to gather information and feedback about Land Agent Network. Your perspectives and opinions about new ideas, products or services being offered and products or services that we should provide. The Focus Group participants will be asked questions in an interactive setting and are encouraged to discuss thoughts freely with other participants. These open and free discussions typically generate ideas and can provide a wealth of information for Land Agent Network.
1. Promote and enhance the competency level of real estate agents and the public through Education, Training and Coaching concerning the buying and selling of Rural Land.
2. As a group of Agents, Lenders, Agland Enterprises, Timber and hunting properties, Title Insurance, Closing Companies, Real Estate Attorneys, Appraisers, Tax specialists and accounting specialists we are committed to:
a. Promote and develop www.LandAgentNetwork.com resource for real estate agents, regardless of their broker affiliation, concerning all aspects assisting the public with buying, selling, and owning land.
b. Promote continuing education to earn the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the Realtor Land Institute.
Land Agent Network is a collaboration of Real Estate, Financial, Economy, Agriculture, and Marketing professionals that specialize in Land, Ranch, and Recreational property sales. Specialists in each industry have gathered together to provide knowledge, in-depth training and mentorship to real estate agents who want to expand into the farm & ranch sector through a thought based, online education, marketing and mentorship program through our Designation program.
Our mentors have years of experience and education in their fields.

We want to be there for each of the agents on this exciting journey and assist in guiding them on this path of success.

Analyzing Aerials

After each course there is a short quiz to make sure the information was received and understood. While the student is in enrolled in the designation program they also receive group coaching. This process ensures understanding and implementation of what we are relaying to them.

The duty of the Participant of the Focus Group shall be to consult with Land Agent Network (L.A.N.), and representatives on matters presented to him/her, which are within his/her expertise, and to perform such other duties as may be mutually agreeable to L.A.N. and the Participant.
The Participant shall serve L.A.N. in a consulting and advisory capacity only and shall make no determinations or decisions on L.A.N.'s behalf, and nothing contained herein shall be construed to create any liability on the part of the Participant. Further, the Participant shall have no responsibility or authority to act on behalf of L.A.N. for any purpose, unless specific authority is granted for a specific purpose.
The Participant consents to the publication of his/her name, identifying him/her as a member of the L.A.N. Focus Group in marketing materials including print, online, video, etc. prepared by or on the behalf of L.A.N.
A minimum of four meetings a year will be placed on the calendar to help continue the growth and direction of L.A.N. Each Participant can participate in meetings by phone, in person or online conference.
Each Participant will submit an agreement and an NDA when accepting the position as a Participant. The term being determined at that time or shall remain in effect until terminated by either party hereto upon a (30) thirty days written notice.

Robert Bahe
Robert Bahe, better known as Bob, has been in the real estate industry for over 45 years and over 20 years as a business consultant. He was the past President of the Oklahoma REALTORS Land Institute (RLI), the 2010 OK RLI Broker of the year. He is one of Southeast Oklahoma’s leading Cattle, Land, Timber & Minerals Specialist and is on the OREC Forms Committee. His on running sales volume in SE Oklahoma alone exceeds $60 million. Bob is a co-broker of the Accredited Land Brokers Team with eXp Realty and an Accredited Land Consultant through RLI. Bob is always eager to pass his knowledge and experience of real estate, ranching, feedlots, farming, communication, marketing and business skills onto his team. His memberships include but are not limited to: National Realtors Association, Texas RLI, Oklahoma RLI, SE Oklahoma Association of Realtors (SOAR), The Greater Denton/Wise County Association of Realtors (GDWCAR), National Cattleman’s Beef Association, and the Oklahoma Cattleman’s Association. Sandy Bahe
Sandy Bahe, has been in the real estate industry for more than 27 years. She has a degree in Business Administration and Management, and is an Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), and an Accredited Buyer Representative. Sandy grew up in SE Oklahoma in the timber country with cattle and horses and has personally owned and managed two ranches. Sandy’s 40 years of hunting experience has brought her several hunting stories to tell around a campfire. Sandy is currently a co-broker with the Accredited Land Brokers Team, eXp Realty. She was a past president of the Oklahoma Realtors Land Institute, the 2011 Oklahoma RLI Realtor of the year, and the past State Director for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors. She is an active member of the National and Oklahoma Realtor’s Land Institute, SE Oklahoma Association of Realtors (SOAR), National Association of Realtors, Accredited Land Consultant Allies, OK Cattleman’s Association, and a supporting member of the National Cattleman’s Beef Association. Sandy is also an active member in her community and church.
