Congratulations on taking your first step to becoming a LAND expert by pursuing the Land Agent Network Designations. Here are the requirements needed to acquire the different levels of designations.

Level 1: Land Agent Network Designation - Graduate

Level 2: Land Agent Network Designation - Certified

L.A.N.D Graduate*

The Graduate designation requires the following to achieve.

Complete the L.A.N.D. Graduate Application.

Complete specific Graduate courses through L.A.N.

Complete the Graduate group coaching program.

Be in business for at least one year as an active real estate agent.

Production of $1,000,000.00 in land transactions with a minimum of 100 acres per transaction in the last three years.

L.A.N.D. Certified*

The Certified designation requires the following to achieve.

Complete the L.A.N.D. Certified Application.

Completed requirements for a L.A.N.D. Graduate.

Complete the Certified group coaching program.

Be in business for at least three years as an active real estate agent.

Production of $5,000,000.00 in land transactions with a minimum of 100 acres per transaction in the last 3 years.

Complete specific L.A.N Certified courses in the specialty of choice.

Developed & teach two courses in your specialty for Land Agent Network.

After the completion of the above requirements for your specific designation, your application will be brought before the L.A.N. Advisory Board for approval. The approval of the application will allow you to proudly promote and represent your designation and use of the L.A.N.D. Logo.
