Here are the requirements needed to acquire the different levels of designations.
Level 1: Land Agent Network Designation - Graduate
Level 2: Land Agent Network Designation - Certified
L.A.N.D Graduate
The Graduate designation requires the following to achieve.
-Complete the L.A.N.D. Graduate Application.
-Complete specific Graduate courses through L.A.N.
-Be in business for at least one year as an active real estate agent.
-Production of $1,000,000.00 in land transactions in the last three years.
L.A.N.D. Certified
The Certified designation requires the following to achieve.
-Complete the L.A.N.D. Certified Application.
-Completed the requirements for the L.A.N.D. Graduate.
-Complete specific Certified courses through L.A.N.
-Be in business for at least two years as an active real estate agent.
-Production of $2,500,000.00 in land transactions in the last three years.
After you complete both of L.A.N.D. programs we highly encourage you to continue your education by getting your Accredited Land Consultant Designation through Relators Land Institute.
As part of the Land Agent Designation Graduate Program, you will receive 1 year of the Land Agent Network Membership for FREE. Plus! We will lock you in at the reduced rate of $20 a month after your first year when you renew!
